As long as we have electricity, we will work to complete your order as planned. If we are unable to bake due to electrical outages, we will call you as soon as possible to let you know. We reserve the right to reschedule based on severe inclement weather.
If we are unable to deliver your cake on the specified day due to icy roads or inclement weather conditions, we will call you to discuss other possibilities.
We will work with you to ensure a safe delivery or we can also reschedule if necessary.
In instances such as these, everyone's’ safety is our primary concern.
Order Cancellation Policy
Full refund or store credit offered for bakery cakes cancelled 7 days prior to event
50% refund or 50% Store Credit for Orders cancelled prior to 72 hours prior before event
0% refund for Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to event.
* you must speak to someone at the bakery to verify cancellation has been made.
Changes may not be made after 72 hours prior to event. In the event that you need to reschedule to a later date, our cancellation policy stays in affect for your original event date. Therefore no refunds or cancellations will be allowed once rescheduled.
Decoration is subject to our artist’s interpretation. Color swatches must be provided for exact color matching.
Sugar & Frosting will not be responsible for damage to the order after it leaves the front counter for pick-up.
